아카시아우드 국제학교에 관해서 (About AWIS)
AWIS의 본교인 AWP(미국 아카시아우드)는 1990년대 미국 공교육의 실패, 도덕적 하락의 현실 속에서 자녀들에게 합당한 교육의 장을 마련하고자 했던 학부모들이 미국 캘리포니아 에나하임에서 학교를 설립한 것에서 시작되었습니다. AWIS는 학생들이 하나님과 사회에 유용한 사람이 되도록 합당한 성품 곧 인성・지성・신성을 갖춘 글로벌 인재를 양성하도록 노력해왔습니다.
우리의 본교 AWP는 넓은 시야와 경험을 통해 글로벌 인재로 양성하고자 G7이상 모든 학생은 의무적으로 미국 경시대회에 참여하고 있으며, 그 결과 AWP는 단기간에 국제적으로 가장 공신력 있는 대회인 NHD(National History Day), 미국 수학 경시대회에서 우수한 성적의 수상을 거두었습니다.
AWIS (Acacialwood international school), the school's faculty of physics, began its school in Anaheim, California, where parents sought to establish a suitable educational venue for children in America in the wake of the failure of American public education in the 1990s. AWIS has tried to cultivate global talent, intelligent, and talented individuals who have reasonable qualities to be helpful to God and society.
Our campus AWP is a global student who is engaged in global talent and experience as a global talent and experience, and the International Society for the Promotion of International Studies has received excellent results in the United States of America, the National History Day, and the American Academy of Mathematical Sciences, which is the most prestigious international event in the world.

AWIS의 설립이념은 하나님의 성전건축 재료였던 ‘조각목’처럼 학생들이 ‘견고한 성격, 높은 표준(Strong in Character, High in Standard)’을 가진 인재가 되는 것입니다.
우리의 비전은 자립적으로 배우는 자세를 가지고,
사회에 유용하고, 책임감 있는 인재를 양성하는 것입니다. 아카시아우드는 학생들이나 부모님들이 학교를 위해 무엇을 해 줄 수 있느냐를 요구하지 않고, 학교가 학생들을 위해 수고할 것입니다.
학교는 학생들을 위해 마땅히 수고해야 한다고 믿기 때문입니다.
아카시아우드는 학생들에게 동기를 부여하여 모든 아카시아우드 졸업생들이
온전케 된 성격을 가진 사람, 기량이 뛰어난 학습자, 생산적인 일꾼,
그리고 책임감 있는 시민이 되도록 수고할 것입니다.
